Adoption Contract

- There are no absolute right or wrong answers. Many experienced, responsible fanciers have different preferences, and opinions, on topics of pet care. For instance, some prefer to use a commercial, vitamin-fortified food as the base diet, while others prefer to make their own dry mixes, or even cook for their pets. My concern is that you have researched enough to know what you want to do, and how to do it best (eg: are you using a commercial diet appropriate for the species? Or, if you are making a dry mix or cooking, what recipe(s) are you following (eg: from what book or website). If you haven't decided, it is fine to mention the two or three options you have narrowed it down to, and ask for my opinion.I will only use it in case I learn of a serious health issue in a litter/pedigree that breeders should be warned about, and that pet owners should know the symptoms/treatment of.

We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone for any reason. We also reserve the right to limit the number of animals with certain traits a person may reserve/buy (basically we want to be as fair as possible... if 3people all want pairs of girls, or blue rats, and we have six such rats, we'd limit each person to 2 such rats, the first person to pick up cant buy all six.)
Please be patient when waiting for replies to emails or private messages; I usually try to respond with in 48 hours but sometimes it can take a bit longer.
Thank you,
Janine
